QC C.A.R.E has shifts during the day, evenings, overnights, as well as weekend hours. No matter what your lifestyle, we may have a shift that fits your needs.  Part and Full Time positions available.
 
Residential Opportunities
About Supportive Living - Residential:
QC C.A.R.E has homes located throughout the region. Two to three individuals with developmental disabilities live in these homes and staff members assist them with specific skills such as daily living, communication, and socialization to increase their independence levels.
 
QC C.A.R.E Positions:
  • Behavior Instructor Assistant:
    Staff members works directly with the individuals on their specific goals and objectives. Full and Part time positions available.
  • Overnight Assistant:
    Supports and ensures the safety of the individuals while maintaining a clean living environment. Full and Part time positions available.
  • Lead Behavior Instructor Assistant:
    Staff ensures that the individual’s objectives are implemented correctly while providing direct care. Applicant with BS/BA degree in a Human Service field preferred, but must have direct care experience. Full Time position.
  • Program Manager:
    Supervise staff of a home and ensures outcomes are implemented correctly. Applicants must have BS/BA degree in Human Service Field & at least one year of direct care experience.  Full Time, on-call position.
  • Supported Living Coordinator:
    Supervise three to four residential homes, ensuring safety and quality of care of the individuals. Applicants must have BS/BA degree in Human Service Field, supervisory experience, and at least two year of direct care experience.  Full Time, on-call position.
 
Other Opportunities:

Individual Support Assistant
Provides one-on-one services to individuals with disabilities in the natural setting while providing respite care.  This is a Part Time position with flexible hours.

 
Employment Requirements:
Valid Driver’s License
Reliable Transportation & Vehicle Insurance
A Clean Criminal & Abuse History
Yearly Background screenings
High School Diploma/GED
Be at least 18 years of age
